Cindy TCM Acupuncture was founded in Orillia by Zhen Li (Cindy), a registered TCM practitioner and acupuncturist. The Alliance writes her clinical, herbal and billing methods into a system the next clinic can run.
From one clinic to an alliance
Zhen Li is a registered TCM practitioner and acupuncturist. Credentials include R.Ac, R.TCMP, and diplomas in osteopathic manual practice. The clinic uses single-use sterile needles and bills most insurers and WSIB directly.
The Alliance does three things: license the brand, deliver the operating system, and hold the line on herbs and advertising. Pattern, prescription and needling stay with the licensed practitioner.
This is not TCM as fast food. It is how a real Chinese medicine clinic can exist, to the same hygiene, records and billing standard, in more than one Ontario city.
